Breeze Yoga is a quaint Local yoga studio. We all know your name, your kids names, and your practice. You are joining a community when you come to Breeze!

We have something for everyone!

Breeze is a place that welcomes you and your children with open arms… litterally. We have mom and baby, prenatal, kids, child minding, and child friendly options.

We also offer unique classes like Aerial and Acro Yoga. If Acrobatics are not for you check out our Marley Flow, yoga for anxiety, faithful flow, and 50+

All of this in addition to our hatha, yin, and power classes.

Our Facility

Breeze is fully equipped with instant hot and cold filtered water, so come and enjoy a cup of tea before class! We are always stocked with granola bars for you and you mini me’s needs. We have sippy cups and an assortment of treats for your mini me’s. The Breeze chest is filled with toys that are regularly cleaned for your peace of mind. Our change room is complete with free lockers. As well as anything you may need, a ponytail, mouth wash, q-tips, tampons, a razor, your name it! We have beautiful rain head showers that are always fully stocked.

Enjoy Your yoga class in peace, we have mats for you to borrow (if needed, free of charge) and no savasana would be complete without a warm lavendar towel, and a gentle neck massage using our very own Breeze Yoga body butter.
